What makes it special

Munseom Southeast faces the open sea on the southeastern flank of the island. Beyond 20 meters, massive tree-like Dendronephthya soft corals and branching black corals flourish across deep rock walls.

The dramatic depth and monumental coral structures attract wide-angle underwater photographers. Cruising pelagics and amberjacks frequently glide past the coral-clad walls.
