DecodeDive

Keep the way you work. Turn every guest connection into an asset.

DecodeDive does not replace the way your center handles contact, booking, or payment.
We give centers and instructors a dedicated page where divers can discover and contact them directly,
then turn each dive log and spot update into searchable content.

Scattered booking and guest details from paper ledgers, spreadsheets, and messages can be brought into one customer-management flow.
Each visit becomes a record that supports discovery and returning-guest relationships over time.

PROBLEM

Scattered bookings and guest records, plus rising costs — are you still carrying both?

A dive center operator's day disappears between DMs, messages, forms, spreadsheets, and paper ledgers. Beyond confirming bookings and handling changes, it becomes difficult to see who visited, when they came, and whether they returned.

If an external booking platform charges an illustrative 15% on KRW 5M in monthly guest revenue, about KRW 750K becomes platform cost. Existing booking channels can stay, but without a direct touchpoint, the fee burden grows while the guest relationship is harder for the center to retain.

Platform costs grow together with guest revenue

Apply an illustrative 15% fee to KRW 5M in monthly guest revenue and about KRW 750K becomes external platform cost. Actual amounts vary by service and contract.

LOG-BASED TRUST

More than being told a center is good, see that it is still diving today.

A rating compresses one experience into a number. A log keeps the date, dive spot, water temperature, and visibility that give real center activity its context.

REVIEW

Many criteria compressed into one score

Service, facilities, parking, and experiences unrelated to the dive itself can all be folded into a single rating.

  • Older posts can carry the same visible weight
  • Incentives and writing context can be hard to judge
  • Recent center activity remains unclear

LOG

Activity connected by time and place

Instead of one verdict, every dive adds when and where it happened and what the water was like that day.

  • Shows where and when the center dived recently
  • Keeps concrete conditions such as temperature and visibility
  • Builds a continuous picture of activity and expertise

ACTIVITY SIGNAL

Why zero and two feel different

Even with the same star rating, a center with no recent activity logs and one with two recent logs send different trust signals to a diver planning today.

0

No recent record

Recent activity is hard to verify

Divers must check another channel to confirm whether the center is active and what the sea is like now.

2

Recent activity visible

Two recent logs to review

Dates, dive spots, and sea conditions make the center's recent activity visible.

WHY IT MATTERS NOW

As AI makes polished language easier to produce, activity records connected by time, place, and conditions become a more meaningful signal of trust.

The logs a center already records give divers useful sea information while becoming searchable proof of the center's activity and expertise.

VALUE

Less time in front of a monitor,
more time with the ocean.

PREPARING

Scattered booking and guest records, connected in one CRM.

We're building tools to bring booking and guest information scattered across messages, forms, spreadsheets, and handwritten notes into one place. Direct transactions remain between the center and the diver; DecodeDive connects the records needed for day-to-day operations.

Guest CRM

We're preparing a CRM that connects certification levels, rental sizes, special requests, and visit history in one guest record. It will help teams recognize returning guests quickly and continue service with the right context.

PRICING

Pricing that scales with fun-dive-equivalent usage.

Rather than applying the same fixed amount to every partner, we convert monthly revenue from completed guest visits using the partner's standard one-person fun-dive rate. Plan fees are not deducted as a percentage of each transaction.

One fun-dive equivalent means the partner's standard one-person fun-dive rate. Monthly equivalent usage is revenue from completed guest visits divided by that rate.

Every plan has no monthly fee during beta. We will announce the confirmed pricing and start date before paid billing begins, while transactions remain directly between the center and the diver.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How will pricing be determined?

We use fun-dive-equivalent usage: monthly revenue from guests recorded as having completed a visit, divided by the partner's standard one-person fun-dive rate. Below 10 equivalents is Open, 10–49 is Advanced, and 50 or more is Master. The planned rates are: Open free, Advanced one fun-dive rate, and Master five fun-dive rates. We will share the final calculation rules and effective date before paid billing begins.

Is there a fee right now?

No. Open, Advanced, and Master have no monthly fee during beta. We will announce the confirmed pricing and effective date before paid billing begins.

Does DecodeDive handle bookings or payments for me?

No. Centers and divers contact each other through existing channels and transact directly using familiar methods such as bank transfer or on-site payment. DecodeDive provides partner pages and logs, while booking, guest, and payment-status management tools are in development.

Can I keep using my existing booking channels?

Yes. Keep using your current messenger, social account, website, or external booking page. Your DecodeDive partner page can point divers to those contact details and links so they can inquire with you directly.

Can freelance instructors use DecodeDive?

Yes. Freelance instructors who are not attached to a center can discuss opening a partner page under their own name and activity profile. Select Freelance Instructor as the operator type when applying.

Are the CRM and operations tools available now?

Booking and guest CRM, payment-status records, e-signature documents, and boat and instructor schedules are in development. Partner pages and log features are available for consultation now; we will share timing for planned tools once confirmed.

How do I apply as a partner?

Leave your center or instructor details and contact information in the partner application form. We do not request payment details during the application; after review, we will explain the available features and onboarding steps.
