What makes it special
Pig Head carries a storied name originating from an ocean safety blessing ceremony held by local divers. The site features rugged deep-water boulders and crevices between 24 and 32 meters.
These rocky crevices form prime dens for Giant Pacific octopuses, while the upper rock surfaces are densely blanketed with vibrant sea squirts.
