What makes it special
46 Dong is named after the cluster of 46 concrete cube reefs arranged neatly on the seabed. Located in shallow water between 7 and 12 meters, it provides extended bottom time for recreational divers to explore the miniature underwater city.
The hollow spaces within the cubes serve as nurseries for rockfish, while sea squirts encrust the outer walls, turning the blocks into bustling artificial biotope complexes.
Dive guide
- Keep gauges and hoses streamlined to prevent snagging on structure edges.
- Be aware of surge in shallow conditions, especially near the top of the structures.
- Maintain accurate buoyancy to avoid scraping against concrete corners.
